| August 1956, My Grandfather purchased and incorporated the Pine Tree Inn. Pine trees were abundant in the area. Some dirt roads and only a few eateries existed...and so the story begins. A place for all to relax and enjoy great food, a stiff drink, and good company. So many memories, many happy, some sad, shared with family and friends which still continues today. The Pine Tree is a special place. It has withstood the test of time. The people (characters) that have walked through these doors, the generations of families and employees, each with their own stories to tell help create this special place. Unpretentious, a friendly atmosphere without any false bravado have always created a comfortable home away from home feeling at the Pine Tree. |
